The ACE on-Demand solution is hosted in two state-of-the-art data centers, one in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the US and one in Brisbane, Queensland in Australia.  Both data centers provide superior data and physical security and the general specifications of both data centers are shown below.
We provide each client with a dedicated virtual server to ensure maximum control of performance and security.  Our solution has had an independent penetration test to ensure that the solution cannot be compromised by unauthorized users and also to test that authorized users cannot penetrate further into or across the system to areas outside of their profile.

  • N+1 individual air-cooled based air conditioning systems for increased redundancy.
  • VESDA fire detection system with sensors taking under-floor, return-air and ceiling samples combined with FM-200 Gas Suppression System.
  • APC Environmental Monitoring Units in various locations throughout the data centre to monitor temperature and humidity in addition to the A/C's internal monitoring.
  • Video surveillance with internal and external monitoring/recording.
  • Cummins Diesel power generators.
