Mr. Lea Patterson - President / CEO

Lea Patterson, an electronics and computer engineer and former Naval Officer, is the CEO and President of Pilbara Group. Lea has substantial experience implementing ACE and building solutions for clients ranging from mid-sized to multi-billion dollar enterprises.

Mr. Andrew Faulkner - Senior Software Architect / Consulting Manager

Andrew is our chief software architect and designer of the ACE application. Andrew has extensive experience implementing ACE and custom building predictive models for clients. Andrew is the architect of the University Management Model.

Mr. Anthony Pember - CEO Pilbara Group Inc.

Anthony is a science graduate who is responsible for running the US operations.  Anthony sits on the board of CAM-I and heads the Environmental Sustainability Interest Group.  Anthony has considerable experience in Military Readiness Modeling and cost modeling.

Mr. Michael Skopal - Business Development Manager

Michael, a former Royal Australian Navy officer, has been with the company since its inception.  Michael is an expert in analysis and has a proven capacity in implementations including customer profitability.

Mr. Kevin McKenzie - Regional Manager, Washington DC

Kevin is our Washington DC Regional Manager, lead consultant for the US Coast Guard Strategic Cost and Performance initiative, and our resident adjunct University Professor. Kevin has extensive experience in cost and performance modeling and system development.  Backed by an MBA, he merges his academic and practical knowledge to produce results in several key areas of business intelligence.  He keeps his ideas fresh by participating in forward thinking professional associations.

Mr. Michael Gerding - Regional Manager, Florida

Michael has a degree in Accounting and is the lead consultant for the Navy-wide Mission Essential Tasks Costing Model.  In addition, Michael oversees the Activity Based Costing Model for Commander Navy Region Southeast.  Michael is also designated as a Certified Internal Auditor and has extensive experience in determining and implementing business process improvements.

Ms. Michelle Brooke - Senior Manager

Michelle has spent over 15 years building, implementing and reviewing cost models for a range of clients both here in Australia and in the Unites States.  Her client list includes Royal Australian Navy, US Navy, Medicare Australia, Australian Customs Service, NSW Health, QLD Health, and a number of Australian Universities.
