How on-Demand works

The ACE on-Demand solution is hosted in our two state-of-the-art data centers – one in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the United States and the other one in Brisbane, Queensland in Australia. 
Within hours of signing up for the service we build you a dedicated virtual server and provide you with an internet address, username, and password to your dedicated system.  A dedicated virtual server is provided to ensure maximum control of your performance and security.
Data for your models can be uploaded using our XML upload tool.  This tool allows you to securely upload data to the servers over a secure, encrypted connection.
The model and reports are accessed via a secure internet connection (HTTPS) to our servers.  Higher levels of security can be provided if required, for example a Virtual Private Network (VPN).

Who builds the model?

You can build it...If you have the internal skill sets and resources available to build your own model then we can simply provide initial training on the software but leave the model build to you and your team.
We can build it....As Pilbara Group’s core expertise is building cost and performance models for a wide range of organizations,  we can implement and/or maintain a model for you.  Our agile approach offers a standard process and fixed pricing for all our implementations.  Our experience allows us to offer this standard pricing because we know what it takes to build cost and performance models.  It’s all about the quality of your data and not the size of your organization.
